All Summerhouses come as standard with:

19mm T&G Shiplap, Matching or overlap board.

• 3x2 planed & rouned framing using 4"x2" if needed.
• Roof - choice of 19mm T&G timber or 18mm quality hardwood ply (exterior grade)
• Floor-a choice of 19mm T&G floorboards or 18mm quality hardwood ply (exterior grade)
• Joinery windows with 4mm glass or acrylic in Georgian or plain style
• 1 free opening window
• Joinery doors with toughened glass
• Treated in 2 coats of wood preserve in the colours of your choice Cuprinol, Sadolin or Ronseal.
• Free quality green mineral felt
• Plus free local delivery within 30 miles of Hockley Essex
• POA for deliveries over 30 miles 

Larger sizes can be priced if required

Erection within 30 miles of Hockley: add -  8ft= £200, 10ft = £220, 12ft = £240,  (Erection prices are based on 2 men)

Shingle Prices:  8ft = £100, 10ft = £110, 12ft = £120,

We can convert any of our summerhouse design's into 5 different homeoffice specifications or we can work from your drawings/plans, we can also convert them into a lean-to/porch or house extention that meets building regulations covering every aspect of the build if required.
